'Last Easter' is postponed due to Covid-19

Playwright Bryony Lavery has got a lot on in 2020; as well as penning Stratford East's panto and several large scale adaptations including 'The Lovely Bones', her 2007 comedy 'Last Easter' is making a return to Orange Tree. It's a comedy that follows a ribald bunch of thesps who are struggling after one of their number is diagnosed with a serious illness - and who try and find solace in red wine and religion. It's directed by Tinuke Craig, following her form-breaking take on 'Vassa' at The Almeida.
