Time Out says

This is an interesting one: two thirds of the team behind the hit podcast My Dad Wrote a Porno – that’s writer James Cooper and director Jamie Morton (so no Alice Levine) – team up for a new musical by Cooper, with songs by Bryn Christopher and Martin Batchelar and lyrics by Christopher and James Cooper. A comedy about modern love that’s billed as being based upon true events, it’s hard to know exactly how it will go, but certainly MDWAP gives Cooper and Morton a certain relatable comedy pedigree: at best Lovestuck might turn out to be the musical last year’s Why Am I So Single? wished it was.
