Actor-turned-playwright Natasha Gordon’s 2018 debut play was an instant classic, following a fractious British-Jamaican family as they mourned recently deceased matriarch Gloria via nine rum-soaked, revelation-heavy nights. This relatively rapid revival is directed by Kiln boss Amit Sharmah and stars Dani Moseley as daughter Lorraine – a role Gordon herself took on in the original production’s West End transfer – and Llewella Gideon in the scene-stealing light relief role of Aunt Maggie.
