Nikolaus Lehnhoff directs his production of Wagner's final opera, set among the knights of the Holy Grail. The tenor Stuart Skelton (star of ENO's acclaimed 'Peter Grimes') is the 'innocent fool' who revitalises the knights' moribund, moralistic world through the power of human compassion.
