Robin Hood – A Pantomime Adventure

Greenwich Theatre tends to offer a good, old fashioned, no fuss panto with good songs, good atmosphere and no silly celebrity casting. There's always a danger that non-traditional pantomime stories – a la 'Robin Hood' –seem like a funnier idea than they are in practice, being rather straitjacketed by the need to tell a story. But regular Greenwich panto writer Andrew Pollard – who also directs and stars in the dame role as Maid Marian's nanny – indubitably has the chops to pull it off.
