1. No purchase necessary.

2. One entry per person, no bulk or third party entries. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash. However the promoter has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change.

3. Open to entry from UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of Time Out and prize partners.

4. All prizes are supplied in good faith and Time Out cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellation in times or dates.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Saturday, 5 April 2014 at 9.00am. Time Out is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the potential winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email address.

6. Winners will be notified by Time Out by email within 72 hours of the competition closing. Entrants who have not won a prize will not receive notification.

7. Time Out reserves the right to refuse tickets to any applicant and the right to withdraw access at any time and without giving reason.

8. Individuals may request the name and county of the winners of prizes by submitting a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and specifying the prize about which you are inquiring, before10 July 2014 to: Competitions, Time Out Magazine, Universal House, 251 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB. By participating, you agree to the promoter providing your name and the county of your residence in response to such requests.

9. How to enter: Select your answer and enter your full name, email address and phone number to be entered into the draw. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per prize during the promotion period. Only entries received by Time Out during the promotion period for the prize in question will be accepted.

10. The winners of the tickets will be decided by a random, computer-generated selection from the correct entries received during the promotion period. The final grand prize draw will take place on Thursday, 10 April 2014. Decisions of the promoter relating to the drawing and all matters relating to this promotion will be final and binding. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

14. If the event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control or for reasons related to health and safety, there will be no rescheduling of the event and tickets with become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.

15. The winners and their guests (who must also be aged 18 or over) must abide by the terms and conditions of the tickets which form part of their prize:

Ticket Terms and Conditions: Doors open at 17:00 and guests must be seated no later than 18:00. Please note latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Dress code is strictly black tie and glamorous and ticket holders may be refused entry if their dress code does not comply.

No cameras or video equipment should be used during the ceremony. All mobiles must be switched off for the duration of the event.

The ceremony will be broadcast on television and radio. By entering the theatre you will be deemed to have consented to being filmed and/or photographed, and to the resulting coverage being used in any media, worldwide and without time limit and without recompense.

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue. Any ticket holder who is not acting in adherence with venue regulations will be ejected from the venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Theatre Owner or Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.

Whilst at the venue, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the Venue, or smoke.

The Venue may confiscate any items which in their reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to other people at the Venue. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in refused entry, or ticket holders being required to leave the Event.

16. By providing your email address and entering this competition you agree to receive relevant email communications from Time Out including news, events, offers and competitions.

17. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of Time Out.

18. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them and agree to cooperate in any publicity that may arise.
