Giant wheels of colour will fill the streets of Woolwich in this kaleidoscopic closing parade for Greenwich and Docklands International Festival. It's the creation of French outdoor theatre masters Compagnie Off, who'll set their technicolour celebration of inclusiveness to an eclectic, Indian-influenced soundtrack by composer Shri Sriram.
