The Duke in Darkness

Orlando Wells – who made his playwriting debut with the portentous and frenetic 'Tin Horizon' in 2009 – adapts Patrick Hamilton's 'lost' play in its first London performance for over 60 years. Like 'Gaslight' and 'Rope' it's a psychological thriller, and follows a French Duke and his servant as they plot together to escape incarceration during civil war.
