The Magic Tower/The Strangest Kind of Romance

The great American dramatist Tennessee Williams has two of his one act plays staged in this double bill from Pentameters Theatre. Both pieces are set during the Great Depression in America in the 1930s and provide touching portraits of the dispossessed. 'The Magic Tower', getting its UK premiere here, tells of Linda and Jim as they live in a dilapidated studio loft. 'The Strangest Kind of Romance' follows a man who tries to hide from the world.
