Great West End quality shows at a lovely theatre and a super studio too, great new cafe, friendly bar, excellent theatre school. What's not to like?
Great little place with West End level shows. The bar is also a lively place with a lot of character.
The Questors is not just a place to go see a play, it is where you can find family. I love the Questors as it were I met me husband, where I fulfilled my passion for directing and where I now have finally achieved my ambition to run my own vintage tearoom. Ealing is a great place to live and having a theatre like Questors makes it even more.
Huge and varied programme of plays and other events - all to a very high standard. West End quality at local prices! Friendly and sociable venue, providing ample opportunity to get directly involved in all aspects of theatre.
Excellent standard of theatre, lots of productions to choose from. Attend plays and events or get involved and take part. Brilliant facilities (truly, they're the best), a fantastic bar - The Grapevine - and a great community to be a part of.
Check out the website - http://www.questors.org.uk - and start a love affair with Questors. .
The Questors is Ealing's only theatre and a great venue for the entire community. Each season its members - people who love theatre - stage 20 productions and it hosts another 15 productions from a wide range of companies; the theatre works with over 500 young people every week; and has an award winning bar - The Grapevine. What's not to love?
Fantastic venue which offers so much for the community in Ealing and beyond. Facilities and people like nowhere else!
Ealing's historic landmark theater offers wonderful local entertainment and inspirational creativity.
The Questors Theatre is a unique establishment producing 18 productions per year. It is the largest community theatre in Europe and boasts a 300 seater playhouse and 100 seater studio and 4 rehearsal spaces. The Questors is a family of over a thousand amateur and professional members and produces outstanding productions in acting, technical theatre and stage management and boasts outstanding technical facilities. It is also home to a vibrant training programme for children and adults in acting and affiliated to University of West London for technical theatre education to BA (Hons). The Questors Theatre really is a remarkable venue providing the community with quality entertainment, training and facilities.
When my parents were alive they loved coming with us to The Questors. We see several plays a year and often bring guests. I'm looking forward to The Crucible, The Master Builder and The Lying Kind.
good community based theatre which provides excellent theatrical experiences for the people of Ealing without the need to travel into central London. it also hires out its facilities to other arts based companies and provides functions for local residents.
The best theatre in West London. As good as anything in the West End for a fraction of the price. Also, the Grapevine bar serves the cheapest drinks anywhere in London. Friendly people too.
This is one of the largest amateur theatre companies in Europe. They put on about 20 shows a year, and welcome other companies to perform there. It is a home from home for many, many of its members. Everybody is welcome, whether as a performer, creative or crew member or, indeed, as an audience member. You can get as involved as you want. It is just an amazing place.
Amazing professional values, standards and facilities. A friendly, welcoming place full of creative, "can-do" people like you. Come and see for yourself. Www.ealingtheatre.com
It is one of those rare places there is a place for everyone! Great atmosphere!! If you want to belong to a theatre group - this is the place !! You will be taught (if you want) any facet of running a successful show and make life long friends!!
Questors Theatre is an important hub for theatre in West London. A wealth of classes for all ages and experience levels, run by passionate people at reasonable prices make this a rare gem!
Excellent quality theatre to be seen here. Enthusiatic actors and great facilities, including the bar. Often two productions running simultaneously.
Truly inspiring organisation all actors,SM's, technicians ,lighting, wardrobe, front of house and bar(open every evening) staff all volunteers and 20 productions a year plus work with students. Quietly gets on with its work and deserves recognition.
A hidden gem in W5. High quality productions and arts events, plus a lovely cup of coffee and friendly company.
Great community theatre! Questors has amazing facilities and loads of things to do - join in! Do a little or a lot & meet new friends - especially in the award winning bar!
West End standards in a friendly local community theatre and certainly not West End prices. Very pleasant bar and a café offering cream tea matinees.
a unique and inspiring place giving audiences and participants - doing it for love - the opportunity to experience huge and high quality variety in theatre art. And it is great fun with an all-embracing social ambience!
I've acted with The Questors Theatre for a few years. It has a beautiful community spirit, and though it's not a professional theatre it operates to the highest standards - and there's certainly nothing 'amateurish' about the productions!
