Time Out says

This upbeat new musical – Southwark Playhouse’s big Christmas show – follows Grey, a hapless single dad who attempts to get his life out of a rut by joining a band called Nick & the Rhythmics, only to discover that it’s actually an all-male rhythmic gymnastics troupe. In what’s billed as a case of ‘Calendar Girls’ meets ‘The Full Monty’, things proceed heartwarmingly. It's written by Ben Glasston and P Burton-Morgan, who also directs the Metta Theatre production.
