Time of My Life

Alan Ayckbourn's classic play hasn't been seen in London for a long old while. This production stars John Pickard, off the telly ('Hollyoaks'), and it's set in different time zones in a small Italian restaurant in the north of England. It's a typical Ayckbourn focus on small-town gossip, family and life's many comic and tragic moments. When Gerry plans a meal for his two grown up sons, he has no idea they are about to drop bombshells on them. Meanwhile, another story on another table is played out in reverse chronology.
