Set in '80s Bradford, Maureen Lawrence's 1991 play is a look at a crumbling social care system. It follows a teacher in a day centre for teenage girls who've been excluded from school. 'Tokens of Affection' is being revived by Persever Productions at Waterloo East Theatre.
