The simple, gentle tale of a polar bear with a slight penguin problem, 'Too Many Penguins?' is delightful. The majority of the young audience were hypnotised from beginning 'til end by this magical story of the unlikely friendship between a penguin and a polar bear, as orderly Mr Polaro (Samuel Jameson) and hyperactive Penguina (Clare Fraenkel) come to an understanding regarding how many penguins are too many. Adults and children left with smiles on their faces and a warm feeling in their heart, and there's a thoughtful ending – and memorable arrival of Penguina's handcrafted fellow penguins –which I'm sure the children will not be forgetting for quite some time.
