Tossed

The RVT’s gloriously tersely-named adult panto is back for another year, and while the inspiration isn't entirely obvious from the title when it comes to ‘Tossed’, it’s a spin on the Jack and the Beanstalk story that focuses on what Jack did AFTER he killed the giant – we imagine it’ll be very rude, though the official plot synopsis speaks only of Ed Cooke’s Jack being pursued by Leigh Pollard’s Gina T – aka the giant’s daughter, out for revenge. Cabaret star Ada Campe also pops up as The Sorceror in the show, which is written by Tim Benzie and Paul Joseph and directed as ever by Tim McArthur.
