Written by Helen Edmundson and Stephen Clark, this musical adaptation of the pulpy adventures of masked crusader Zorro with music from the Gipsy Kings and John Cameron was a decent enough West End hit in 2008. Now it’s back in a reimagined form (‘immersive’, apparently), in a production directed by Christian Durham. Benjamin Purkiss plays the masked hero who comes to the rescue of a pueblo under attack from a gang of bandits in early nineteenth-century California.
