Dalston's 40FT Brewery are enlisting the knowledge and partying skills of their local Turkish community for a celebration of Anatolian history and culture on Saturday April 15. Chef Hus Vedat will cook up balık-ekmek (fish and bread) and you can get to know Istanbul food culture with helpings of midye dolma and borek washed down with plenty of 40FT's craft beer.
