A History of Pathology in 50 Objects

Pathology is what gives us the knowledge to cure disease. For its 50th anniversary, the Royal College of Pathologists nominated artefacts for a book, 'A History of Pathology in 50 Objects', and Dr Suzy Lishman will be exploring some of them in this talk – including examples from the atmospheric little museum's own collection. She'll cover vaccines, the plastic bags we store blood in, diabetes treatment and the tools used for autopsy.
