Time Out says

It's been 60 years since Queen Liz took to the throne – and the London Eye is celebrating her six decades at the top by naming a capsule in her honour. A naming ceremony for the Queen Elizabeth II capsule will take place at 9am, followed by a picnic in the adjacent Jubilee Gardens from noon. Bring along your packed lunch and enjoy free face-painting and a live brass band.
