Combine the treat of a walk through Hyde Park with a chance to learn about the park's 500-year history. Why does the park exist? Which king feared highwaymen would hold up his carriage here? What are the origins of the Italian Gardens? The route begins at the Serpentine Bar & Kitchen and ends, after about a mile's walk, at the Italian Gardens.
