A Taste of Thailand

King’s Cross’s Canopy Market is getting a Thai takeover. Organised by the Thai embassy there’ll be stalls full of the very best Thai food, drink, arts and culture. Expect three days of top Thai chefs, including those from Rosa’s Cafe, Nipa by Royal Lancaster London, Siam Niyom and Thai Tho, dishing up everything from traditional papaya salad and mango and sticky rice to classic green curries and Pad Thai, beach bars serving up Chang beer, cocktails and coconuts, plus Thai dances and Muay Thai shows.
