Head for the roof at Ace Hotel where they'll be inviting a stellar line-up of female chefs to fire up the grill. In collaboration with Pit Magazine, they'll be cooking food from all around the world and Michelin-starred chef Elizabeth Haigh will be kicking off the series. Dive mouth first into her menu where you can sample the likes of Ayam Panggang, (barbecue chicken with spiced coconut marinade), satay spiced pork belly and smacked burnt cucumber and Koji corn on the cob. Can't make it this Sunday? There'll be other chances to try delicious barbecue West Bengali flavours from Romy Gill on 28th July and Mary San Pablo from Filipino pop-up Luto will be taking over the kitchen on Sunday 18th August.
