An immersive 12-hour celebration of art, music and theatre by much-loved boutique festival-makers Aespia School of Art

Don’t lament the end of festival season just yet: here’s your chance to lose yourself to a world of performance art, dance music, installations, theatre, spoken word, storytelling, and even art classes. Back in 2017, the Aespia crew whisked festival-goers to a secret woodland location in blacked-out coaches (a move which helped them win New Festival on the Block at the Association of Independent Festivals). After spending the last year hosting pop-up immersive stages at festivals like Latitude, Camp Bestival and Meadows in the Mountains, they’re putting down roots at community garden-slash-rave-haven Grow Tottenham.

So what’s in store this time, then? Aespia will transform Grow into three areas. At The Cave, it’s all about the dance music (oh, and projections, infinity mirrors and light shows) – hosted by resident DJs Jnr Smooth, Late Nite Johnson and Keisuke. The Shack will be a mixed bag of art installations, creative workshops, music and film, and The Glass Theatre champions queer, female-identifying and BAME artists with back-to-back performance and live art. And when the 12 hours are up? Stick around for the afterparty which will keep you dancing right up ’til 6am.
