Bake for the Philippines fundraiser

Do you like cakes, biscuits, cookies and other delicious ready-to-eat treats and pantry goodies? Don’t be silly, of course you do. Head to Lucky & Joy in Clapton for a fundraising bake sale extravanganza from 10am-5pm.

Organised by Filipino supper club The Adobros and community organiser and Chinese diaspora platform Celestial Peach. Together, they’re raising funds for relief efforts in the Philippines in the aftermath of Typhoon Odette. The talented team of Asian Dessert Exchange bakers will provide delicious homemade treats and hot drinks and alcoholic beverages available too. If you’re feeling lucky take part in the online raffle where you’ll have the chance to win a bundle of brilliant prizes. And even if you can’t join, please do consider donating to the appeal being run by charity partner Kanlungan UK.
