Barbara Loftus: Sigismund's Watch – A Tiny Catastrophe

An exhibition prompted by the recollections of artist Barbara Loftus's mother, who fled from Germany to England as a Jewish refugee in 1939. Her story is told through oil paintings and works on paper, shown alongside documentary images from the era and quotations from the Weimar period.
