This enormous festival of the edible features talks and demonstrations from some of the most recognisable names in food. In 2016, key speakers include Paul Hollywood, Tom Kerridge and Nadiya Hussain and once you've learnt all the skills they have to teach you can enjoy dishes inspired by their demonstrations in the BBC Good Food Kitchen.
