For starters, visit the Time Machine café to flick through radical publications from ’70s and ’80s activists, take an audio walk guided by robotic voices, listen to Neil Gaiman discuss the magical mind of Terry Pratchett or book a place at a creative writing class that’s all about booze. It’s broad, vague and full of strange ways to kill an hour – so it’s arrived at just the right time.
