Aw shucks! Peckham-based blacksmiths Blenheim Forge are opening their doors to collaborate with Oyster Boy on a brand-new oyster knife. They’ll be talking you through the design and the forging process of the latest shuckers. Head shucker Conor from Oyster Boy will be discussing different oyster varieties, farming methods and history, as well as a chance at shucking oysters yourselves. Get ready for an evening of knives, oysters and champers.
