Bringing the Alps to London

This lively series of events celebrates Austrian culture and sport in general, and the Alps in particular. Yes, there's yodeling, but participants perform their yodel down a phone in an iconic British red phonebox to be in with a chance of winning a week's summer holiday to Mayrhofen, and there's a professional yodel instructor on hand to assist. There's also an alpine hut and garden in which to eat and drink while watching the Olympics on a big screen and one-off events including a Tirol Charity Cycle Ride (5.30pm, Jul 26) and a Tirol Snow Day and Apres-Ski Party (noon-10pm, Jul 29).
