This is one community festival worth travelling for. Brockley Max is an arts fest celebrating local talent across Brockley, Ladywell, Crofton Park and Honor Oak. Over nine days it packs in over 75 events, including music nights, poetry readings, art installations, dance workshops, film nights, talks, street theatre, interactive games and craft events. Don't miss the legendary opening party on Jun 1 by Brockley Station with a great line-up of local bands and plenty of food and drink and make it to the lovely Hilly Fields on Jun 9 for the closing Art in the Park event.
