The Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating and Baking Show returns to ExCel this spring with more than 100 international exhibitors and suppliers showcasing the latest ideas, techniques and products. Cake decorating expert, Mich Turner and master chocolatier Will Torrent will be sharing their talents and offering top tips in the theatre. Visitors to the Authors Kitchen can see some of the bestselling cake authors demonstrate popular recipes from their favourite books. 2010's Great British Bake Off star Edd Kimber will be demonstrating his techniques and sharing his creations. The three-day show boasts the world's largest display of competition pieces with hot rivalries in classes including floral sugarcraft, wedding cakes with three or more tiers and sculpted novelty cake.
