Take a tour with the Clerkenwell & Islington Guides' Association of this Tudor dwelling which has recently reopened to the public. It was once owned by Thomas Cromwell, but most of what you'll see on the tour was built in the 1570s when it was owned by Sir John Spencer, a very wealthy Lord Major of London. Tours last 90 minutes and excellent 360 degree views of the city can be seen from the top of the tower.
