Spend an afternoon with expert cheese makers Cutting the Curd learning how to make mozzarella, mascarpone and halloumi. During the three and a half hour course (with breaks for tea, coffee and, naturally, cheese) participants will explore the basics of cheese making (using raw farm milk and vegetarian rennet) and learn recipes and skills to take home with them. Take an apron – things could get messy.
