Chills in the Chapel

What spookier place to spend Halloween than a Gothic-revival chapel? Following a sold out event last year the Union Chapel will be screening classic slasher horrors for two nights in 2015 – 'Escape from New York' on Oct 30 and a medley of the 'Halloween' series on Oct 31. Alan Haworth scored a lot of these iconic films and the composer will provide live accompaniment, as well as performing excerpts some of his other film scores before and afterwards. Fancy dress is encouraged (and usually very impressive) and the bar will be serving all evening. Tickets for the after show balls are available separately for £5. Discounts for members are available, and all proceeds will go towards the restoration and development of the chapel.
