How’s this for a niche spot? The Croatian city of Dubrovnik is home to a bar that should definitely appeal to followers of the Paleo lifestyle – because it’s literally in a cave. Cave Bar More actually came about by accident: the cavern was uncovered during the construction of its sister venue, Hotel More. The owners clocked that it was a unique place, and converted it into a striking boozer, set over three levels. The bar, which is accessible via a coastal cliff path by Lapad Beach, can fit 60 guests, and serves beer, wine, cocktails and a selection of snacks. Talk about an underground destination...
