Miss the taste of home? Or want to learn about the other different flavours of the world through the universal power of food? Then take a seat at the table with ‘ROOTS’. A series of collaborative dinners that celebrates the culinary roots and traditions of some of London's top chefs. Collaborating with Gemma Ellis at Clifford’s, she invites Budgie Montoya of Filipino BBQ Sarap, James Erasmus's South African inspired restaurant Harlequin and James Cochran's 12:51 who cooks dishes inspired by his Scottish and Caribbean heritage. Tuck into dishes such as jerk spiced kid goat, Lechon Liempo (slow roasted rolled stuffed pork belly) and Cape Malay style Mackerel tartare.
