Time Out says

Its gorgeous flower stalls mean that Columbia Road market is pretty colourful all year round. But it'll take things to the next level with this one-day-only Day of the Dead celebration, which will see local shops draping themselves with colourful blooms and decorations. The street's celebrations will begin at 10am for face painting, followed by a costumed cycle ride decked out in flowers, skulls and insects. At 1pm, you'll see a performance by Mexican choreographer Alondra, inspired by La Catrina. Then, at 2pm, there'll be a grand costumed procession through the streets on foot, led by Mariachi Las Adelitas. Get dressed up and join the magic.
