Time Out says

Beer festivals can sometimes get a bad rep thanks to the crowd they attract – beardy weirdy-types with a note pad in one hand, initial-engraved tankard in the other, and a firm belief that sandals must be worn with socks. This Walthamstow celebration of cask ale isn't your standard fest though, and there will be an array of unusual and delicious pints to sample from some of Britain's best breweries. Wine 'n' Rind's posh cheese toasties will be on hand to soak up the suds, while there will be cocktails, wine and seasonal sodas for those who don't hail the ale.
