Time Out says

A multi-disciplinary festival featuring more than 200 events in East London, many taking place in unusual or secret venues including a 1980s building in Canary Wharf, a WWII bunker in Dalston and a floating cinema on the waterways of the East End. Expect art, design, music, food, film, walks, readings and craft workshops. A key part of this year's Create is 'Restaurants in Residence', a weekly showcase of four of the best restaurants from London's pop-up dining scene, including The Clove Club and Shacklewell Nights (Jun 25-Jul 23; £45 for a set menu of six courses; see www.restaurantsinresidence.com for details). The restaurants will occupy the Create House, in a secret location in Canary Wharf, which will also host a series of interactive art installations: 'The Space Between' by BA Design for Interaction and Moving Image students from London College of Communications, and 'Protocol' by Swiss artist Yann Gross and UK artist Bronwen Parker-Rhodes.
