Calling all audiophiles! You’re going to want to listen up for this. Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore has teamed up with life-long friends, the comic artist Savage Pencil and head of Soho Music and Zippo Records Pete Flanagan to set up a pop-up record store in north London. Aside from the obvious (vinyl records), there’ll be posters, art, vintage t-shirts and memorabilia. The space will also double up as a bookshop, art gallery and the HQ of an underground newspaper. And who knows? If it all goes well, this pop-up might stick around for longer.
