Head to Hackney Wick to discover colourful dens, assemblages, and installations created by over 50 artists on a piece of land close to the Olympic site. The temporary utopian city which has been constructed using repurposed and recycled materials, reflects the resourceful and collaborative nature of the artists in the local community and responds to the theme 'Work in Progress'. The space has kindly been lent to the project by H.Forman & Son and will be transformed for three days to coincide with London Festival of Architecture

This was free to get in and I still feel ripped off. A yard full of random junk and Emperor's New Clothes put together by talentless chancers.

Their marketing team must be bloody evil geniuses though to get this into the Time Out lists. If any of it was funded by public grants then the joke is very much on the rest of us!
