For Halloween, the museum hosts an evening of macabre activities and performances inspired by the world of the nineteenth-century body snatchers and the surgeons they supplied. As well as a chance to see the current exhibition, 'Doctors, Dissection and Resurrection Men', the evening includes wax modelling workshops with sculptor and medical artist Eleanor Crook, Halloween card-making sessions led by St Bart's Hospital Pathology Museum and Galleries artist-in-residence Geoff Harrison, and 'object in focus' tours led by museum curator Jelena Bekvalac. There are also pathology-inspired cakes on offer from devilish bakers Eat Your Heart Out, and screenings of short films including 'The Irish Giant'. Advance booking recommended.
