Haven't been to Peckham but heard great things about it, this market gave us the motivation to get on our feet and the journey was really worth it. The market was really fantastic, food was authentic and unique, the crowd was fun and we made some new friends with the guys who were sharing a table with us.
We had baos, wonton nachos, laksa with amazing soup, and my girl friend tried kimchi pancake for the first time which was a pleasant surprise. We ended up staying there all evening and when the market turned on the lanterns at night it looked really nice. Will definitely come back to this market if they pop up again.
Also noticed Timeout is doing quite a bit of Peckham pieces lately, the area really seems to offer a lot and we saw some amazing graffiti tho we didn't get a chance to check out the neighborhood but will be planning another weekend visit as the staff at the market recommended us to check out CLF cafe and also Frank's cafe nearby.
