Just in case you were still under the impression that exercise is boring, this 5k run is a riot of neon lights and electro music. Lasers, pulsating inflatables, tunnels of fog, illuminated trees and water features and dynamic projections of graphic art along the course will distract runners from the fact they're doing anything other than having a bloody good time, and the finish line marks the start of a massive party with live DJs. Tickets include a pair of neon glow glasses, a glow-in-the-dark tattoo, an LED bracelet and a T-shirt. Proof at last that partying can be good for you.
