Look out for Club Mexicana and Temper’s Neil Rankin, who have concocted a vegan version of a cheeseburger taco. Alexis Gauthier, London’s only vegan chef to have held a Michelin star, will be making his first step into the world of street food. You can also expect animal-free treats form Honest Burgers (appearing at a vegan event for the first time) Petare, Phung Kay Vegan, What the Fattoush, Yum Bun, Death By Pizza and Chin Chin Labs - who'll be taking care of the deserts.
