A range of speakers reaffirming why feminism is needed and combating the problems faced by women today. Speakers include Shami Chakrabarti, Sophie Walker, Pragna Patel, Frances Scott, Jennifer Lee, Finn Mackay, Max Dashu, Maryam Namazie and many more, with talks and workshops focussing on non-state torture, violence against women, human rights in childbirth, women's history, women in parliament, body image and forced marriage. Children are welcome and workshops for 7-11 year olds (boys and girls) and 12-18 year olds (girls only) run throughout the day with a crèche also on site for little ones.
