Time Out says

Before its big move to Dorset this September, Bestival is making a stop in the capital, giving Londoners a taste of the festival spirit. The House of St Barnabas’s Grade 1 listed Georgian townhouse and secluded courtyard garden is hosting a day of intimate acoustic gigs and DJ sets with Felix (Basement Jaxx), Rob da Bank, Goldierocks, Will Varley, Mary Epworth and Bud already in the bill. If all the musical action leaves you hungry Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen will be serving up a delicious bottomless Brunch (£40) and there’ll also be Tie Dye and Mother’s Day Card making workshops to keep you occupied. Festivalgoers can purchase tickets through a ‘Pay it Forward’ scheme - for every ticket bought one will be given to participants or graduates of the House’s Employment Academy.
