Time Out says

A taste of Swedish afternoon tea in Soho, with a bookable pop-up fika parlour and walk-in picnic. Fika is the Swedish custom of taking a coffee break with seven types of cookies, and will be served in the parlour by pastry chef Jan Hedh – reservations for up to six people can be requested by emailing reservations@fikasquare.co.uk. You can also show up for first come, first served baked goods at the picnic. There will also be an art installation by Emma Karp Lundström, who uses apples to depict scenes from the area of Skåne; the event is organised by Visit Sweden to promote that region.
