Great fun class and released the old school raver in me. Recovering from an injury in March and this fun energetic class is certainly the way to rehab. Great class but having no where to change and being rushed in andout was not good for the price paid

I went to Fitness Freak last night and had a brilliant time. The lights, music and atmosphere were all great. The music was notably good too - there were more 90s dance tune that you could shake your glow stick at. Obviously more of a novelty than your average fitness class but that was the point! I found the routine taxing yet do-able, and left sweating and stretched. The perfect event for a fun, stress-relieving workout. And it certainly beats the hell out of a session at the gym.

I went last night and I wasn't expecting much and basically I got nothing. A couple of glow sticks were handed to me as I arrived and I was rushed through (I wasn't late), I had to change in a dingy toilet and the 'clockroom' was disorganized and pretty shabby and all this for the money I paid? The moves the old and too repetitive and I can certainly say that no fitness freak would be into this. Maybe a group on a hen-do.

Deeply disappointed- it was such an interesting concept. However proved to be very dated aerobics with a few UV gimmicks. It was not cool enough to be a club event or high intensity enough for a fitness class.

It had the potential to be great, but I went last night - it was shite. Awful mics, awful instructor, awful repetitive routine. Pathetic effort, Fitness Freak.

This is a RAVE review right here! These guys wanna get freaky with you. They got me all a-flutter and I'm usually all a-butter so that's saying something. A glow in the dark walk in the park of a fitness class because it was just SO MUCH FUNKY FUN. Y'all ready for this?!
