The traditional pancake race is given a unique triathlon twist, with a treasure hunt and flip-off in the mix too. The race fundraises for London Bubble Theatre's project working with vulnerable young people. SE1 buissness are invited to enter by registering in advance here, and onlookers can watch the action for free.
